Flower Power
One of the best places close to our apartment is the flower wholesale shop. It's just a 3-minute walk. Every other week I would buy us some flowers to brighten up home. I've also managed to convince my boss to set a budget for flowers at the gallery (FYI I'm currently working at an art gallery). Meanwhile I'm picking some skills by watching YouTube, it's awesome.

Inhale, Exhale.
It's the time of the year, hey. When you look back, how do you think you have spent 2013?
I kinda wasted a good portion of the year, and I do not really want to dwell on it. 2013 is a fantastic year for me nevertheless, travel was the highlight.
So what am I gonna do next year? I would definitely want to tackle my chronic shoulder pain. It started around September progressively, it hurt so much I could not sleep on certain nights. To counter, I've been going for massages. They do help but my bank account is hemorrhaging so I have to find a cheaper alternative. We probably will opt for yoga and I hope we would proceed with partner yoga. The promotional video of
Equinox for partner yoga is amazing I really fell for it.
Other than that, I guess I won't be aiming for anything high but for a happier and fuller life. I will try to adhere to the stuff I found online. Check it out:

35 and Counting
His birthday was a low-key one, with me cooking. This might turn out to be a tradition; me cooking. I prepared a typical Chinese birthday dishes on the eve and on the birthday, Korean royal cuisine.
Chinese red eggs: Eggs - New start, Red color - Prosperity & good fortune
Sweet & sour fish: Fish - Abundance & affluence
Mee Sua chicken soup: Mee Sua - Longevity
Ddukjjim (Boiled stuffed rice cakes) in the making.
Korean cuisine shouted so much aesthetic value in them.
