Derailed
This year is an odd year; things that were right in the previous years are now wrong and vice versa.
I spent half a day running around at the medical centre to get myself checked. I've never felt so broken. At a tender of 32, I have to lower my cholesterol level (6.9, however my HDL is crazy high at 3.6, making the ratio against LDL 0.8 which is uber optimum). So no more bacon, pork, ice-cream, KFC and all the nice naughty stuff out there. Life suddenly lost its meaning.
Apart from being diagnosed with hyperlipidemia; my spine scan came out pretty severe, with very spasmic back muscles. My spine chart was so colourful even I knew it wasn't right before my Chiropractor explaining anything to me. Orthotics are recommended to support my collapsed feet, 6 weeks of chiropractic and rehab for my back.
To cheer myself up, I went to a hot stone massage after and that totally kneaded my muscle aches away although that was short-lived after a stupid call from work that got me stressed again.
Truth be told, I'm off-tracked this year. Despite not falling sick as often as I did before (I had fever a few times last year and who could forget my epic battle with tonshitlitis when I was working in Singapore?), I could see I go flabby easily. There's no motivation or any new work-out or exercise that attract me. So how~~~
